特定非営利活動法人 地域みらい人財共創センターは、大分県内の高校生を中心とした若者が、学校外の社会とつながり、学び、交流し、挑戦できる環境づくりに取り組む法人です。
The Specified Nonprofit Corporation Center for Co-Creating Regional Futures and Talent works to create an environment in which young people, mainly high school students in Oita Prefecture, can connect with society beyond school, learn, interact, and take on challenges.
2019年から大分県内の高校生を中心に活動してきた任意団体「United for Next」を前身として2026年に設立し、現在も当法人が United for Next を運営しています。
Our organization was established in 2026 as the successor to "United for Next," a voluntary group that has worked mainly with high school students in Oita Prefecture since 2019. We continue to operate United for Next.

主な事業Our Programs
・放課後学習・居場所運営事業
After-School Learning and Community Space Program
高校生が放課後に安心して過ごし、学習や進路相談ができる「第三の居場所」を運営しています。
We operate a "third place" where high school students can spend time safely after school, study, and consult about their future paths.
・若者の社会参画推進事業
Youth Civic Engagement Program
「超学校祭」をはじめとしたイベントなど、高校生が自ら企画・運営・発信する機会をつくっています。
Through events such as the "Cho-Gakko-sai" school festival, we create opportunities for high school students to plan, run, and share their own projects.
・地域企業連携推進事業
Regional Business Collaboration Program
企業・地域・教育機関・行政と若者をつなぎ、ワークショップや共同企画を行っています。
We connect young people with companies, communities, educational institutions, and local government through workshops and joint projects.
